The Regina

This boot is a timeless and sophisticated staple to give an effortlessly chic everyday glamour, taking you with ease from the busy city life to a weekend in the country.

Handmade from rich, sumptuous suede, the elegantly, tailored design provides a sleek and most flattering silhouette for any leg.

Going flat for maximum comfort, the Regina features a low, block heel, a padded, interior leather lining and elasticated panelling for a flexible and better fit.

The Regina boot is crafted with an elastic panel that can stretch up to 3cm in addition to the calf measurements stated below.

All of the Regina Boots are made from a thick, durable, Spanish suede that is hard-wearing and can be easily maintained.

To keep your boots looking at their best we recommend that they are sprayed once a month with a good suede protector if used regularly and sprayed before first wear for maximum protection and care of the suede.

If your boots do unfortunately become subject to large amounts of mud or water; leave to fully dry naturally and until any mud or debris has hardened.
Once dried out, use a strong wire suede brush, making sure to brush repeatedly in the same direction to remove the mud or water mark.
Do not be afraid to be too harsh with the wire against the suede.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to carry a stock of all items at all times. Therefore orders are normally sent within seven days of receiving your order. In the event of an out of stock situation, please accept our apologies but rest assured we will contact you to advise of any delay. If you have any stock or order queries, please telephone 01629 812089 and speak to one of our helpful operators.

UK Delivery

Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by the most appropriate method. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily despatched together or on the same day. You will be charged only for items as they are despatched. Orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday, subject to availability.

Click and Collect

You can also collect your order, free of charge, from either our Bridge Street shop or Sporting Showroom, both situated in Bakewell. Simply select this option at the checkout. Our shops are open Monday to Saturday, between 9.00am and 5.00p.m. Your card will be charged once the item has been processed through our warehouse. Once the goods are at your chosen location you will receive an email to confirm that they are ready for collection.

Charges

Standard UK deliveries are made between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and cost £4.95, UK orders over £75 are despatched FREE, for addresses within the United Kingdom. Please make sure we have the full delivery address details including postcode, particularly if your order is to be delivered somewhere other than your home address. Please provide a day-time telephone number where applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.

We can despatch your order to any UK address within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), at a cost of £8.50 per order. Orders must be placed before 12.30p.m. to use this service. A signature upon delivery is required. This service is not available on a Saturday for Monday delivery.

Overseas Orders

Overseas postal charges are as follows: Europe: £10.00 / Rest of the World: £15.00

This does not include import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility. If you are entitled to a VAT reduction this will be done when your order is processed and any paperwork will reflect this reduction. Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return any item(s) to us within 14-days of receipt for an exchange or goods refund.
Items must be returned in an unworn, resalable condition, complete with tags and where possible in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

** Extended Christmas Returns Period ** Any items purchased for Christmas gifts via our website between 1st November and 21st December 2018 can be returned for exchange or refund until 14th January 2019.

Free UK Returns with Royal Mail

If you are returning an item within the UK, we offer a free Royal Mail returns service via the post office.
To use this service, please follow these instructions:
1) Complete the returns section of the packing note included in your order, clearly explaining both your reason for the return and what desired action you require.
2) Securely attach the pre-paid returns label to front of the parcel.
3) Take the parcel to your nearest post office.
4) Leave the rest to us- we will be in touch as soon as we can once we have received your returned item(s).

*Please note:  If you parcel is larger than 61cm x 56cm or weighs over 5kg it cannot be turned via Royal Mail. In this instance, please contact customer services on 01629 812089 to make alternative arrangements.

EU and International Returns

We do not offer a free returns service for customers outside the UK.

If you wish to return an item from outside the UK you are responsible for the cost of the return postage and the item getting back to us.
If you are returning a suspected faulty item you are also responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is found to be faulty, we will only refund the cost of return postage to a maximum of £15.

*Please note: When returning items from outside the EU you must also attach a customs declaration form describing the goods as ‘British Returned Goods’. Any parcels returned without the correct customs declaration may be delayed at customs and returned to the sender. We will not accept any parcels with custom charges payable; such parcels will be refused and returned to sender. We will not refund any import duties or local taxes which occur as a result of the return.
